I called Gomez Energy Services hoping they might sell high flow, low pressure Propane regulators to support the install of my Generac 10KW stand-by generator. I was told they didn't sell them, however, they said that a fuel supplier in Kenai may. The individual I was talking to was actually just arriving in Kenai and stopped at that fuel supplier and verified that they did have the regulator that I needed. They didn't ask for anything, they just helped me out. I promptly drove to Kenai, picked up the very hard to procure regulator, and got it installed the same morning. The Gomez electric representative went out of his way to help. Five star service. As a result of this selfless help, I later hired Gomez to resolve a battery charging issue on my generator.

Gomez Energy went above and beyond helping us get our Generac back-up generator installed. His communication was the key to it all. As with all projects, delays that are out of anyone's control can happen. I never had to call to get an update. Even if the update was "we are still waiting", he called every 4-5days to verbally give me the information. That level of communication is almost unheard of. As for the actual install, it was well planned and well executed. His quote was accurate and he came in under budget. He and his staff always called to give an update on arrival times and scope of work. I will be using Gomez Energy for all our electrical needs.
