"No job is too small" - Adrian Gomez listened to my issue over the phone, said he'd be happy to stop by and have a look and not only did he do so, but when he realized he needed more pieces than a "quick fix", he turned a small job into his priority and spent longer than anticipated, including leaving the site for more parts/pieces, and completed the job.
